Other Options available to get your home ready to sell.
  1. Have a standard Buyers Home Inspection, This will certainly identify the issues that may exist with your home, and it will save you a little money, but it does not provide you with a marketing edge.
  2. Inspect the home yourself, there are many check lists available and I even provide you with one, but ask yourself, are you a Professional Home Inspector, and are you trained to discover the all the issues, not knowing the hidden defects could lead to costly surprises.

Radon Testing
EPA recommends that you take action to reduce your home's indoor radon levels if your radon test result is 4 pCi/L or higher. Air Quality Testing
Is your home making you sick?  If it is then there is a good chance it will affect the buyers as well, addressing this prior to the sale of the property will avoid costly surprises.
